The Strontium Xe-dom that normally patrols the FN Site at the Cloister will not spawn while the enemies for this mission are active, so you don't have to worry about it butting in. The Oc-servs and Fal-swos will still be there, but you can avoid aggroing them if you stay in the corner with the yellow circle.
